The MTA advises wheelchair users that the Mets–Willets Point subway station has an accessible exit from the Flushing-bound platform on game days. However, returning toward Manhattan involves taking a Flushing-bound train to Flushing–Main Street and then continuing or transferring for Manhattan-bound service. The Long Island Rail Road station at Mets–Willets Point is not wheelchair accessible. Travelers using the LIRR are advised to transfer at Woodside to the 7 subway for an accessible trip. For 2026, Citi Field encourages fans to prepay because parking availability is more limited. Official parking information states that prepaid parking is $40, while drive-up parking is $50, subject to availability.
